Shuttle Pick Up Instructions: Upon return to the Philadelphia airport, proceed to "Baggage Claim." After you have located your luggage, walk outside of baggage claim and wait at Zone 4 for the hotel shuttle to arrive. Upon returning to your vehicle, proceed directly to an exit gate and enter your ticket received upon entry to allow you to exit freely. If you go past your pre-paid time, you will automatically be prompted to pay the hotel's hourly rate at the exit gate. Credit cards are only accepted at the gates.

Shuttle Drop Off Instructions: When arriving at the hotel, proceed to enter the gated parking lot by taking a ticket. You may park in any available space and proceed to the front of the hotel with your luggage and parking ticket. Prior to getting on one of the shuttles to the airport, bring your parking ticket and reservation confirmation to the front desk for validation. Keep your validated ticket in a safe place as a new one will not be issued and exiting the lot will be subject to a lost ticket fee.

Shuttle availability: Free shuttle runs 24/7 - on-demand every 20-30 minutes to and from the airport. Shuttles are on a First Come, First Serve basis so please plan for the extra time that may be needed ahead of your boarding time. Suggested parking time is 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to scheduled flight boarding time.
