Wise Temple.
Cincinnati belongs to a climatic transition zone, at the northern limit of the humid subtropical climate and the southern limit of the humid continental climate zone. Summers are hot and humid, with significant rainfall in each month. Winters tend to be cold and snowy, with January, the coolest month, averaging at 30.4 °F (-0.9 °C); however, lows may reach 0 °F (-18 °C) several times a year.
Parking in Cincinnati Finding parking in the city of Cincinnati is not a challenge. The Parking Facilities Division of the Department of Enterprise Services works towards promoting a healthy downtown and local economy by providing professional facility management of the City's parking assets.
On Street Parking The City of Cincinnati has approximately 1,400 "card & coin" parking meters around Downtown. For easier payment, the meters accept credit/debit cards. You can still use nickels, dimes, quarters and golden dollars. They're mounted on the same post as the traditional coin-only meters and still give you the first 10 minutes free.
Downtown parking meters are enforced Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Meters are not enforced on Sundays or holidays. Rates are posted on each meter and vary by location, so please check the meter. To report a broken meter, The City's Parking Enforcement and Meter Repair Section can be reached at 513-352-4527.
