Rate guaranteed for four months.

These are slightly uncovered spaces. Car covers will be offered for vehicles that will be stored and parked at the lot for a large amount of time without use.

Due to covid, all car seats and steering wheels will be covered in plastic covers when given to driver for safety of both the customer and employees; sanitizing of the steering wheels and doors will also be accessible upon request.

Please note:

1. This the Sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, crossover, minivan or exotic luxury vehicles

2. This promotional monthly rate is intended for long-term monthly parkers, and requires at least a three-month commitment.

3. ParkWhiz only handles the first month. For Month 2 onward, you must pay the garage directly.

4. Additional up-front payment for subsequent months will be collected on-site on your first arrival, and you will be asked to provide your card information. If you are staying for the year, up-front payment for your second month will be collected. If you are not staying for the year, you will be asked to pay for your second and third month in full.

5. Your Monthly Space Rental will automatically renew with the garage unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of your billing cycle. Your last 30 day deposit is non-refundable.
